Digestion disorders may cause serious problems not just to your gut, but may link to other complications such as: gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, belching, flatulence, food sensitivities, indigestion, malabsorption, irritable bowel syndrome, diverticular disease, inflammatory bowel disease, leaky gut syndrom, candidiasis, allergies, appendicities and even acne!

Causes of indigestions and Digestion Disorder Natural Cures.

  • Eating too fast without chewing you food, Enzyme needs time to react with foods chemically. So chew your food slowly and don't rush swallowing the whole chunk of food.
  • Eat fruits before you eat your meal not after eating your meal as desserts. Fruits provide enzymes.
  • Don't drink any water during your meal, instead drink before you start your meal, or 30 minutes after you finish your meal. Drink and eat at the same time is not good for digestions.
  • Avoid drinking cold ice waters before or after meal no matter how irresistible it is.
  • Don't eat until you are full, instead stop eating before you are full. This will create room for your stomach to process.
  • Fasting may help. Remember to take food before sunrise, and then dont take any food until sunset.
