Food To Limit or Replace


FOODS to LIMIT or REPLACE

  • Limit the intake of RED MEAT and CHEESES, which are high in saturated FAT.
  • Saturated FAT intake must be reduce below 10% of total fat calories.
  • Replace butter with low fat spread or margarine and spread it thinly.
  • AVOID JUNK FOODS loaded with colorings and preservatives
  • LIMIT SUGAR intake so that blood sugar levels balance
  • LIMIT SALT intake
  • Reduce Caffeine by limiting tea, coffee or cola drinks or even chocolates.
  • Limit alcohol intake (better not to take at all) its bad for the brain and your body.
