FOODS to LIMIT or REPLACE
- Limit the intake of RED MEAT and CHEESES, which are high in saturated FAT.
- Saturated FAT intake must be reduce below 10% of total fat calories.
- Replace butter with low fat spread or margarine and spread it thinly.
- AVOID JUNK FOODS loaded with colorings and preservatives
- LIMIT SUGAR intake so that blood sugar levels balance
- LIMIT SALT intake
- Reduce Caffeine by limiting tea, coffee or cola drinks or even chocolates.
- Limit alcohol intake (better not to take at all) its bad for the brain and your body.
