What are mood foods? Foods that gives you good mood?, Bad mood?, well the answer is correct for both. But if there is in between I think it still consider correct too.

The Stimulating effects caffeine are well known, Chocolates contains chemical and stimulant that can lift the spirits and passion. High protein foods, such as meat, milk and eggs can produce feelings of calm because they contain an amino acid, trytophan that produces serotonin (mood enhancing neurotransmitter). Starchy and sugary carbohydrate-rich foods also increase blood sugar and are thought to raise serotonin levels. Low level of serotonin may be link to DEPRESSION and HOSTILITY, and low blood sugar to IRRITABILITY, DEPRESSION and MOODSWINGS.
